General Resources These are "general" resources in that they are not limited to those with SCI.
Senior and Disabled Services: The Oregon Senior and Disabled Services Division (SDSD) provides services to older adults, family and professional caregivers, and people with disabilities. We support independence, dignity, choice and the individual well-being of our consumers. The National Rehabilitation Information Center: For 20 years, the staff of the National Rehabilitation Information Center (NARIC) has collected and disseminated the results of federally funded research projects. NARIC's literature collection, which also includes commercially published books, journal articles, and audiovisuals, averages around 200 new documents per month. Disability Online: Over 200 links to disabillity-related resources. PSU Disability Resource Center: The Disability Resource Center (DRC) mission is to provide the assistance necessary to attempt to eliminate the competitive disadvantage caused by a student's disability, using reasonable accommodation as the guideline. Services available through DRC are limited to students who are currently enrolled in classes and who have appropriate documentation on file in the DRC office. | |
